RMT
Jasmine is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a clinical focus on sports massage therapy, injury recovery, and performance-based care for active individuals. Her approach is shaped by over a decade of competitive track and field experience, where she specialized in sprint and power events including hurdles, long jump, and the 100- and 200-metre sprints. She represented Alberta at Western Canadian Championships and competed at the national level.
This background gives her a strong understanding of biomechanics, training load, and injury development, which she applies to both athletic and non-athletic populations. She works with youth and competitive athletes, recreational exercisers, runners, gym-goers, and individuals with physically demanding or desk-based lifestyles.
Jasmine’s treatments are designed to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. She takes an individualized approach, considering each client’s symptoms, movement patterns, and daily demands to build targeted treatment plans. Techniques may include sports massage therapy, deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy.
She has a particular interest in running-related injuries and lower body mechanics, and commonly treats issues such as overuse injuries, muscle strains, postural tension, and joint stiffness.
Jasmine is also passionate about preventative care and long-term movement health, helping clients reduce injury risk, recover efficiently, and stay active in the activities they enjoy. She continues to expand her clinical skills through ongoing education in sports massage, cupping, and movement-based rehabilitation strategies.
