Physiotherapy
At REVIVELAB, physiotherapy is built around helping you understand your body, restore function, and confidently return to the activities that matter to you.
Our approach is personalized and movement-focused. Your physiotherapist will take the time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, movement patterns, and goals. Rather than focusing only on the area of discomfort, your assessment will consider factors that may be contributing to your symptoms or limiting your ability to move.
Based on your assessment, your treatment plan may include education, manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, taping, mobility work, functional exercise, and progressive strengthening. The techniques used will depend on your individual needs, preferences, and clinical findings.
Whether you are managing a recent injury, dealing with an ongoing concern, recovering after surgery, or working toward a return to exercise or sport, physiotherapy can provide guidance and support throughout your recovery.
At REVIVELAB, physiotherapy is offered within a multidisciplinary clinic and private training gym. When appropriate and with your consent, your physiotherapist can collaborate with our massage therapists, chiropractor, and personal trainers to support coordinated care.
